Return to September, July’s Stolen Prize
The ‘commoner’s ring’, more than controversy, was a great prophecy!
As surely as the Lord’s will must come about, and for future generation’s sake no doubt, it wrought in a Prince’s heart sacred lessons and all means to stay true, whether tempted by green eyes or blue…
T’was amazing Grace, undeserved honor bestowed, which turned a prince
from a toad and, amidst global gossip spread from humble hometown abode, prevailed against lies which did well to forbode with slight foretell of Hell’s looming attempts at bringing Love down and yet serendipitously simultaneously saddled strongly still Simpleton’s chance destiny of approaching, nigh assuming, the Crown.
For although thought not to be allowed, indeed was plucked
as a flower from the field, a princess among the crowd.
Forgiveness and Patience also saw her through, assisting ascention to lofty heights of all Queenly virtue.
So all the witnesses said, ‘Amen!’, as did the people in cheers and joy-tears as even was heard blessings from the Heavens, a galactic jubulient shout, for a lifetime of love to be lived out as beautiful and bountifully as their bells rang out. From scrolls of Ether’s domain, manifest alive in full procession, entered fully Christened a new order of Divine succession!
‘Tis a lesson forever to remember,
Of how Royal Ruby was scorned for Sapphire September.
…And, how, thusly, the ring, blue and true, overcame theft and controversy to fulfill dreams of prophecy.
~
Ruby is the Birthstone of July.
It’s a stone of love and passion, chemically the same as Sapphire except how it’s affected by coloring matter.
In market value it is ranked next to Diamond.
Sapphire is the Birthstone of September.
An emblem of Heaven, Wisdom, Truth, Consistency, Faith, and Fidelity.
In hardness it surpasses the Ruby, yielding only to Diamond.
Both stones hail from the same family.

Judge “Gently”
I once met this amazing fellow who likes to say, “People don’t CARE about how much you KNOW, they only want to KNOW how much you CARE.” Such an aptly fitting mantra of this man’s lifestyle and work. Joe’s business is Kingdom business. He works for Jesus “providing food, shelter, and HOPE to ALL those in NEED”, just as his business cards read. Was a great honor to meet this kind brother and I’m looking forward to giving him my support.
Hope you enjoy this poem he passed on to me…
Judge “Gently”
Please don’t find fault with the one who trips,
or stubles along the road.
Unless you have worn the shoes they wear
or struggle beneath their load.
There may be tacks in their shoes that hurt,
though hidden from your view,
Or the burden they bear, placed on YOUR back,
might cause YOU to stumble too.
Don’t sneer at the one who’s down today,
unless you have felt the blow,
that caused their fall, or felt the shame,
that only the fallen know.
You may be strong, but still, the blows that where theirs,
if dealt to YOU, in the very same way,
at the very same time, might cause YOU to stagger TOO– Joe DeMicco

True Love is Praying for You
Though you may attract many lovers to your bed, true love’s desires can’t be fed… till you know the appointed and anointed covering for your precious princess head
While all your boy toys are payin’ and playin’ for your attention he’s the one who, through prayerful ascension, is unceasingly makin’ mention of your life and future to the father of the fatherless…
Yeah, he’s the one faithfully and patiently waiting for you – praying each day and every night for you, for the light of God’s love to breakthrough… Holding on to God’s promises, knowing there is nothing He can’t and won’t do to reach you
Yeah, he’s envisioning your Father’s many majestically captivating love ways…
of shinning out in beautiful sunny rays His many blessings towards you throughout your days,
or perhaps His light will capture your heart by night when casting overhead in picturesque portrayal His vast love, ever expansive and infinite as the sky complete with a star twinkling just for you
now contemplating another of nature’s display of God’s love – he’s considering the blue ocean forever in motion, likewise a sign of love’s deep devotion with many mysteries of constant discovery
…hmm, what will it be? …how about this divinely inspired poetry?
Yes… he’s excitedly and hopefully waiting for you to see the sublime ways God has made known His love for thee, and the profound length God has taken to demonstrate a love that cannot be shaken – a love that could do what none other could do …who would send His son to die for you …yes, even in your place – He died to completely erase sin’s stain, alleviate your deepest pain, and help you overcome all death’s fear… So call on Him now when He is near and He will surely wipe away your every tear!
While you wrestle sleepless nights away with unsettling thoughts haunting your precious head, he’s thinking of you, still praying that you’ll make it through. …and when you’re left lonely despite any number of lovers who’ve shared your bed, he’s praying that you’ll fall a sleep and wake in the arms of Jesus instead.

Up Here
Sometimes I walk my life out on a tightrope
Somewhere so high above your head
Yeah you can’t understand my balance
and if I didn’t I’d fall dead
Already died once can’t do it again
Up here I got my life line
Up here walking is divine
Up here getting closer to the vine
closer closer all the time
If you ask about my lofty perspective
It comes from the one who gave me this directive
He said, lose your life to gain it back
He said, die to sin let your new life begin
It’s a true love guarantee
written in blood for you and me
Yeah, you may think I’m insane
but the reality is…
To live is Christ, and to die is gain!
You may think I’m insane,
well that’s what I think of your life
so insanely lifeless, a life mundane.
So come on already,
Come on up here!
Up here we’re having forever time
Up here we drink the new wine!

THE PRODIGAL – By M.G.Wallace
THE PRODIGAL
By M.G.Wallace
What happened to her? Where did she go?
The one with the laugh and never a foe.
She’d light up the room with only a smile,
Lending a hand or an ear all the while.
Somewhere along the journey of life
Her heart was consumed by darkness and strife.
When did it change? How can she know?
She faded too slowly to see it go.
Confused by the hurt and turmoil of late,
She wonders if this is really her fate.
There’s only one answer for the state that she’s in
But she can’t see it clearly through the veil of sin.
What’s that?!? A light is piercing right through.
It started out small and she watched as it grew.
With ripping and tearing is the veil torn away
Instantly turning her night into day.
And now with the warmth of the Light on her face
She’s enveloped by Mercy, Forgiveness and Grace.
“Where have you been?”, to her Lord she cried out.
“You were gone for so long, I started to doubt.”
“My daughter,” He said, “I’ve always been here.
You just couldn’t see me because of your fear.”
“Oh Jesus, forgive me, for running away!
I promise to never again go astray.
I know in my heart my life is made new
As long as my eyes remain always on You.”
This poem reminds me about a video of my awesome friend Angela:
